The coating decision
Not every garage wants the same system, and the right answer depends on the slab's condition, moisture, and what you want the floor to do.
Full flake systems
The workhorse garage finish. A base coat, broadcast vinyl flake, and a clear wear coat. Hides repair lines completely, textures the surface against slipping, and shrugs off hot tires, salt and dropped tools. This is what most repaired garage slabs should get.
Epoxy systems
High-build, chemical-resistant, the right call for workshops and floors that see more than parking.
Graniflex
The premium decorative system, for garages that are really an extension of the house. A resurfacing membrane and finish in one, and the strongest warranty coverage of anything we install.
Sealing only
For sound slabs on a budget: repaired, cleaned and sealed against the salt cycle, with the coating decision deferred, honestly, to later.
Moisture gets tested before any coating is specified. Slabs transmit ground moisture at different rates, and a coating over an untested wet slab is a delamination with a delivery date. If your slab needs a moisture-mitigating primer first, the scope says so and says why.
