Concrete Repair Plus

Privacy Policy

Plain-language privacy.

Effective August 25, 2026

Concrete Repair Plus is a concrete contractor working from the east end of Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or hire us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it the way we write everything else, plainly.

The short version: we collect only what we need to quote and do your job, we never sell your information, and this website carries no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies.

What we collect

  • Estimate requests. When you use our form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email, neighbourhood or city, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to attach.
  • Direct contact. If you call, text or email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and keep an accurate record of your project.
  • Job documentation. If you hire us, we photograph the work before, during and after. Those photos, the scope, materials and warranty terms form your Condition Report.

What we do not collect

  • No analytics or advertising trackers run on this website.
  • No cookies are set, and nothing is stored in your browser.
  • We do not buy data about you, and we never sell or rent yours.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a written estimate.
  • To schedule, perform and document the work you hire us for.
  • To follow up on care dates, for example a re-seal or inspection reminder, where that is part of the service you asked for. You can tell us to stop these at any time.
  • To invite you, once your job is complete, to leave a review if you wish. Entirely optional.

Who handles it on our behalf

A small number of service providers process data so this site works:

  • Formspree delivers your estimate-form submission to our inbox.
  • Vercel hosts this website and stores photos you attach to an estimate request.
  • Google processes anything you choose to do on our Google Business Profile, calls placed through it, or reviews you post there, which are public and governed by Google’s own policies.

Each processes your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security terms.

Project photography on this website

The photos on this site are our real jobs. We publish them with the client’s consent and we do not show house numbers, faces of clients, licence plates or anything else that identifies a home or its owners. If a photo of your project appears here and you would like it removed, one message to us is enough.

How long we keep things

Estimate enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as useful for responding to you. Job records, including your Condition Report, are kept long-term, because that documentation is part of what you hired us for: it backs your warranty and your proof of maintenance.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to uses that are not necessary to complete work you have engaged us for. Email concreterepairplusinc@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes, with a new effective date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this policy says we do not do.
